What equipment should be equipped on the emergency cart?

There are many components of an emergency trolley. All trolleys include basic airway equipment, including airbag bag-mask, oral and nasal airway, oxygen mask and nasal cannula, Magill forceps. Venous access equipment (or intraosseous), including vascular catheters, intravenous infusion tubes and intravenous infusion.

 

Emergency Trolley Drugs List?

Emergency trolley articles including the following:

Alcohol swabs.

Amiodarone 150 mg / 3ml vial.   

Atropine 1mg/10 ml syringe.

Sodium bicarbonate 50mEq / 50 ml syringe.

How to maintain the emergency trolley equipment?

The worst thing ever is to reach out for a piece of first-aid equipment or medicine and find that it is unusable or expired. It is important to inspect and maintain the crash regularly so that the contents can be stored when needed.

 

The following are maintenance routines, which should be completed at least once a month:

1. The expiry date of the medicine should be checked on the first day of each month.

 

2. Expired drugs should be removed and replaced in time.

 

3. Check the expiration date of the defibrillation pad on the AED or defibrillator.

 

4. Check and record the battery power on the display and/or AED.
